Cooperating with JC TIMES, which is the biggest mould manufacturer in the world, SANYI successfully developed Special Mould for Foam Board, which could produce not only foam board with common CaCO and foam board with wood powder, but also could produce PVC construction foam board with recyclable material.
Width: 1000mm or 1350mm available for thickness 3-30mm
Structure: Special for foam board only, with flow adjustment device and tip flow adjustment device inside.
Mold Temperature Controller: Controlled by oil/Oil pump power 2.2KW/Heating power 18KW/Head 7 or 9 zones Electric heating 14KW or 18KW
Mould Head: 5CrNiMoV special alloy steel for mould use only, with hard chromium plated inside, specular surface treatment

Payment terms & Packaging of PVC foam board extrusion line
1.Payment of PVC foam board extrusion line
30% deposit paid by T/T, 70% balance paid after testing in supplier's factory, before shipping by T/T.
2.Guarantee for plastic foam board extrusion line
We will realize guarantee of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine leaves factory (except destroyed by buyers' wrong operation). And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will supply at preferential price after one year.
3.PVC board extrusion line Test run in the buyer's factory:
1) Seller send one expert engineer for supervision of installation, training and test run. The test run will be finished in about 7-10 days if necessary preparations are made by the buyer such as water, electricity. Materials, work space, labors and so on.
2) The round airplane tickets, food, hotel fee and medical insurance of the engineer for installation and test run are paid by the buyer. The buyer pay USD50/per day as subsidy for the engineer.
4. Packaging of PVC foam board extruder line
Simple sea-worthy package mainly with wood pallets, film and some parts in plywood.
